Antiageforce is committed to customer satisfaction for all walking gear and club membership purchases made through antiageforce.world or directly at our Oslo office at Nydalsveien 26 b, 0484 Oslo, Norway. This Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returning Nordic Walking Poles, Waterproof Trail Jackets, and cancelling or adjusting Annual Club Memberships. Our policy is designed to comply with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Right of Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven), and applicable European consumer protection regulations.
If you purchase walking gear as a consumer through distance selling channels, including orders placed via our website contact form, you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the physical product. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the fourteen-day period expires. Notification may be sent through our contact form at antiageforce.world, by telephone at +4791626255, or by post to our Oslo address.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the fourteen-day period has expired. Upon valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the returned product or evidence that you have sent it back.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Nordic Walking Poles may be returned within fourteen days of delivery provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories such as terrain tips and the carry bag. Poles that show signs of trail use, scratches on the shafts, worn grips, or missing components are not eligible for withdrawal returns but may qualify for warranty service if a manufacturing defect is present.
Waterproof Trail Jackets may be returned within fourteen days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Jackets that have been worn on walks, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for standard withdrawal returns. Size exchanges are available as described in Section 5 of this policy.
All returned products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless the product is defective or we have delivered the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage. Antiageforce is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping attributable to inadequate packaging or uninsured shipment.
Annual Club Membership (599 NOK) grants access to guided walks, trail maps, and member events for twelve months from the activation date. Membership purchases are considered contracts for the supply of leisure services with a specific date or period of performance under the Right of Cancellation Act.
If you purchase membership online, you may withdraw within fourteen days of purchase provided you have not attended any guided walk or accessed member-only digital content such as downloadable trail maps during that period. Once you participate in a guided walk or download member content, the right of withdrawal is waived for the portion of services already consumed. Partial refunds for unused membership periods may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as permanent relocation outside Norway, submitted in writing with supporting documentation.
Membership renewals are processed upon explicit customer request. You may decline renewal at any time before the renewal payment is processed by contacting us at least fourteen days before your membership expiration date.
If your Waterproof Trail Jacket does not fit correctly, Antiageforce offers size exchanges within thirty days of delivery. Contact us through the form at antiageforce.world with your order reference and desired size. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. The jacket must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
Nordic Walking Poles are adjustable between 100 and 130 centimeters and typically do not require size exchanges. If you receive poles that are defective or differ from the product description, contact us for a replacement at no additional charge.
For in-person purchases at our Oslo office, exchanges can be arranged during regular business hours without shipping requirements, subject to the same product condition standards.
Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act, products sold by Antiageforce must conform to the contract at the time of delivery and remain fit for purpose for a reasonable period. If your Nordic Walking Poles or Waterproof Trail Jacket develops a manufacturing defect within two years of purchase, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on the nature and severity of the defect.
To initiate a warranty claim, contact us with your proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and photographs where applicable. We will respond within five business days with instructions for return or inspection. Defective products returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced at our expense, including shipping costs. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, failure to follow care instructions, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear expected from regular use on Norwegian trails.
The following are not eligible for standard fourteen-day withdrawal returns:
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen days of Antiageforce receiving the returned product and confirming it meets return conditions, or within fourteen days of your withdrawal notification where products are not required to be returned before refund under applicable law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may cause additional delays beyond our control.
If you paid by invoice or bank transfer, we will request your account details for reimbursement. Refund amounts for valid returns include the product purchase price and standard outbound shipping costs. Express or international shipping surcharges are refunded only when the entire order is returned due to our error or a product defect.
While not a physical product return, this section addresses cancellation of paid guided walk registrations. If you cancel at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled walk start time, you receive a full refund or credit toward a future walk. Cancellations within forty-eight hours may receive a fifty percent refund at our discretion, except in cases of documented emergencies.
If Antiageforce cancels a walk due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient enrollment, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking at no additional cost.

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under Norwegian and European consumer protection law. Provisions in this policy that are more favorable to you than mandatory legal requirements remain applicable. Provisions that conflict with non-waivable consumer rights are void to that extent. For disputes, you may contact Forbrukertilsynet, the Norwegian Consumer Authority, or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
