By accessing or using the website antiageforce.world, purchasing products including Nordic Walking Poles, Waterproof Trail Jackets, or Annual Club Memberships, or participating in guided walks organized by Antiageforce, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Antiageforce, a walking club based at Nydalsveien 26 b, 0484 Oslo, Norway.

Product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability without prior notice, though confirmed orders will be honored at the price agreed at the time of purchase.
You must be at least eighteen years of age to purchase products or memberships independently. Individuals aged sixteen to seventeen may participate in guided walks and use our website under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any membership credentials or order references communicated to you. Notify Antiageforce immediately at +4791626255 if you suspect unauthorized use of your membership or account information.
All prices displayed on antiageforce.world are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include applicable value-added tax unless otherwise stated. When you submit an order for walking gear or membership through our contact form or approved ordering channels, you are making an offer to purchase subject to acceptance by Antiageforce. Order confirmation constitutes our acceptance and creates a binding contract.
Payment must be received before products are dispatched or memberships are activated. We accept payment methods as communicated during the ordering process. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in order cancellation. Antiageforce reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
Participation in guided walks organized by Antiageforce requires advance registration and, for non-members, payment of applicable walk fees as communicated at the time of booking. Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point on time, wearing appropriate footwear and clothing for the advertised difficulty level and weather conditions.
Participants are responsible for assessing their own fitness and informing guides of any relevant health conditions or physical limitations before the walk begins. Antiageforce guides provide safety briefings and carry emergency equipment, but walking in outdoor environments inherently involves risks including uneven terrain, variable weather, and wildlife encounters. By participating, you accept these risks and agree to follow guide instructions at all times.
Antiageforce reserves the right to cancel or modify walks due to severe weather, insufficient registrations, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, registered participants will be notified as early as possible and offered rescheduling or a full refund of any fees paid for the affected event.
Annual Club Membership is valid for twelve consecutive months from the activation date. Membership benefits include access to scheduled guided walks, downloadable trail maps, member event invitations, a ten percent discount on gear purchases, and a welcome pack. Benefits are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by Antiageforce in writing.
Membership renewals are not automatic. We will send a reminder before your membership expires. Failure to renew results in loss of member benefits, though previously purchased gear remains your property. Membership fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Return Policy or where required by Norwegian consumer protection law.
All content on antiageforce.world, including text, trail route descriptions, photographs, logos, graphics, and the Antiageforce brand name, is owned by or licensed to Antiageforce and protected by Norwegian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Limited personal use is permitted, such as printing trail maps for individual navigation during walks for which you are registered. Commercial use of our route data, branding, or website content is strictly prohibited.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of access, cancellation of memberships or orders, and referral to appropriate authorities.
To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, Antiageforce shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or participation in guided walks. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific product order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Norwegian consumer protection provisions. Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act and related legislation remain unaffected.
Nordic Walking Poles and Waterproof Trail Jackets are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow care instructions. Warranty claims must be submitted through our contact form with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
Antiageforce will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund defective products within the warranty period. Remedies under this warranty are in addition to your statutory rights under Norwegian consumer law.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms, our products, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as the court of first instance unless mandatory consumer protection rules grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence within the European Union.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
